Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to own the health of NetSuite OneWorld and integrated platforms across a fast-growing, multi-entity healthcare org. You will manage user access, saved searches, dashboards, and integrations with Rippling, Ramp, and a data warehouse, driving accurate financial data for close processes.

The role requires 4–5+ years of NetSuite experience, strong SQL/SuiteQL skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (OneWorld preferred).
• Experience supporting financial systems in multi-entity and multi-subsidiary setups.
• Ownership of at least one system integration into NetSuite.
• Ability to work independently as the primary NetSuite SME in a remote, high-autonomy environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite OneWorld across multi-subsidiary structure: users, roles, saved searches, dashboards, workflows.
• Troubleshoot data integrations between NetSuite and Rippling, Ramp, and a data warehouse; resolve sync issues.
• Build and maintain SuiteQL queries and saved searches for FP&A and accounting reporting.
• Document integration architecture and create runbooks for knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, People, and Procurement to ensure timely, accurate financial data around month-end close.
• Support rollout of NetSuite inventory management.
