Job summary

FRG Technology Consulting is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to provide ad hoc support across their NetSuite environment in Irvine, California. This role involves managing the administration of the system, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing improvements based on business needs.

The ideal candidate will assist internal teams in maximizing their value from NetSuite without the need for a full-time hire while providing flexibility and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide ad hoc NetSuite support based on business needs and priorities.
• Manage day to day NetSuite administration including user setup, roles, permissions, and system configuration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal users to resolve functional problems.
• Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Support core business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to improve system usage and efficiency.
• Assist with process improvements, data cleanup, and general system optimization.
• Support and monitor integrations with connected platforms where needed.
• Help document processes and provide guidance to end users.
• Assist with testing and support related to new enhancements or changes in the system.
