Job summary

Escape Lodging Company seeks an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our corporate office team in Cannon Beach. You will support day-to-day accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records across multiple properties and operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable with accounting systems and data, able to research discrepancies, and collaborate with leadership, managers, vendors, and external accountants.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience required.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with accounting software; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using NetSuite as the primary system.
• Enter, review, and maintain accurate financial transactions and supporting docs.
• Process vendor invoices including coding, documentation, and approvals.
