Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or compute/storage/hardware architecture.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience with distributed systems and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a fast-expanding team of Software Engineers, including a sister team in Bangalore, with clear expectations and ongoing coaching.
• Define and drive mid-to-long-term technical goals and roadmaps for network products and data-center fabrics.
• Partner with Tech Leads to own and execute team OKRs and align priorities with broader goals.
• Design, guide, and vet high-impact system architectures to support network evolutions.
• Collaborate with partner teams across the organization to streamline decision-making.
