Job Description

Netqueue Technologies Private Limited provides 360-degree IT services, including web design, development and digital marketing, with a dedicated team of developers & marketers. We have urgent openings for a Female HR Recruiter in our Organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Employment Resource from various portals
• Screening Resumes
• Performing phone interviews with candidates (initial)
• Coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers
• Following up on the Interview Process status
• Drafting & Posting Job Descriptions on various channels for hiring employee
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Answer phone calls and calling to job applications
• Assist HR with sorting and scheduling interviews
• Joining Formalities & Documentation
• Ensuring Recruitment needs are met
• Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
• Light accounting duties
• Basic HR duties
• Create, edit, and update spreadsheets

Candidates with previous IT profile hiring will be preferred. Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office requirements
