What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install and configure network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor system health and meet with network system owners for new monitoring requirements
- Provision and integrate monitoring for network devices such as routers and firewalls
- Provide client support, training, and troubleshooting for monitoring tools
- Manage vulnerability by reviewing and installing patches on servers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in installation and configuration of Broadcom (CA) DX NetOps solutions: Spectrum, PM, NFA
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting Network Fault and Performance Management tools in large enterprises
- Experience with integrating Broadcom NetOps solutions with third-party Remedy Service Desk
- Familiarity with networking protocols (e.g., SNMP, MPLS)
- BA/BS in Computer Science, IT Networking, Security, or related technical degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years’ experience directly supporting Broadcom (CA) NetOps (DX NetOps, Spectrum, NFA, PM)
- Experience in creating and maintaining integrations between Broadcom AIOps solutions
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PERL, Groovy, or others common to monitoring tools
- Experience managing product licenses
- Strong understanding of certificate management
