Position: NetIQ IAM Engineer

Location: USA Remote

Hourly rate: $45-60 per hour depending on experience (12-month contract length)

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions utilizing NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM), eDirectory (eDir), and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess system needs, and develop customized IAM solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Configure and optimize IAM platforms to enhance security posture and streamline access management processes.
• Conduct system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless deployment and functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IAM and cybersecurity domains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience working with NetIQ IDM, eDir, and SSPR products in enterprise environments.
• Identity solutions operation and support experience required.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications (NetIQ Certified Engineer) preferred but not required.
