This is a remote position.

We are providing Solutions SD-WAN / Network / Cloud technologies to meet customers’ most significant business challenges and complexities, taking advantage of a rich portfolio of SD-WAN products and services.

Establishing rapport, credibility, and relationships with Customers or Partners of Netfosys Global will be essential in driving success for SD-WAN Solutions at Netfosys.

As part of the Core SD-WAN Staff Resource in Netfosys Global, you will be expected to perform the following Roles and Responsibilities in any of the following Phases:

1. Support and can be assigned anywhere in the end-to-end SD-WAN life cycle for dedicated Enterprises.
2. Assist and provide SD-WAN solutions.
3. Focus on problem-solving and successful customer outcomes.
4. Understand the process of migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions from On-Prem to multi-cloud or Hybrid or On-cloud-ready and SD-WAN environments.
5. Understand the Network of Customer and their complete infrastructure Routing / Switching / Firewall / Security and provide Configuration and Solutioning related to SD-WAN.
6. Monitor, Configure, Troubleshoot and Perform Upgrades for SD-WAN devices deployed on Customer premises.
7. Find Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the issues encountered and take a proactive approach to resolve problems.
8. Understand how our core portfolios can drive business value.
9. Meet regularly with MSP / Partner / Customers along with Senior Engineers to discover how our technology solution can help them achieve their business goals and understand High Level / Low Level / Detail Level Network Topologies.
10. Understand the Cloud infrastructure like AWS / Azure used by Enterprises and provide SD-WAN Solutions.

Requirements

Experience and Knowledge in Networking, Switching and Routing.

Good Knowledge of Key Skills like: ARP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Switching, STP, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC, MPLS, VPN, TCP, UDP, NAT, Firewall, ACL, Security, Azure, AWS, VWAN and VNF.

Knowledge of Security and SD-WAN would be an added advantage.

Knowledge in SD-WAN Products like VeloCloud (VMware), Viptela (Cisco), Silver-Peak (HP) etc. would be beneficial.

Knowledge in Cloud Solutions like CSS / CWS / Zscaler.

Good understanding of Cloud Technologies like Azure / AWS, especially in VWAN.

Experience in handling devices like Cisco / Juniper Routers and Switches.

Certification of CCNA or equivalent certification would be an added advantage.

Must have good interpersonal skills and a mature understanding to handle various scenarios.

Ability to handle Enterprise Environment and be a self-driven team player.

Handle situations with customer representatives at the Executive, Management, Support Architect level with confidence.
