Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to content/output teams regarding use of content tools.

Responsibilities

The External Support Engineer is responsible for assisting and supporting the external content creation team using the tools provided by the internal development team. They are the bridge between the content group and the device engineering group. They are the first point of contact when content teams encounter issues and tools, and analyze problems and responses to a single device.

• Provide technical support to content/output teams regarding use of content tools
