Job summary
Johnson Matthey Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Indiana to lead the site supply chain team, own the S&OP/IBP process, and drive lean inventory while ensuring on-time customer commitments. The role requires collaboration with the Global Supply Chain team and strong production scheduling expertise.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field.
- Experience in materials management with production scheduling and shop floor control.
- Familiarity with US and international customs regulations; APICS certification desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach the site supply chain team to drive accountability and customer focus.
- Own the site S&OP/IBP process and maintain a robust rolling production schedule.
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain to support demand, supply, inventory, and capacity reviews.
- Maintain schedule adherence and ensure customer commitments are met.
- Improve inventory turns and reduce working capital through lean initiatives.
- Review excess/obsolete inventory and implement corrective actions.
