Job summary

Value Innovation Labs in the New York City area is seeking an experienced Application Developer to support full lifecycle development across eligibility, recertification, employment/work engagement, claims, and other business systems.

You will design, develop, test and maintain .NET web applications, web services, and API-based solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues. On-site role in NYC area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of .NET Development experience.
• Experience building front-end and back-end web apps.
• Experience with Web Services, WCF, and REST APIs.
• Ability to design, test, and maintain applications.
• Exposure to database, server, network configurations.
• Prepare technical, user, and installation docs.
• Collaborate with managers, programmers, and product teams.
• Provide troubleshooting for apps and IT issues.

Responsibilities
