What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality software implementation expertise, ensuring technical capabilities meet customer requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, R&D, and delivery teams
- Lead the definition of technical solution architecture and provide technical issue resolution
- Mentor junior team members and provide training, including conducting code reviews
- Actively contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions, including writing code and resolving technical issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ERP software implementations
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade RESTful APIs
- Experience in coaching and developing team members
- In-depth understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing business processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years) in a Software Development role
- 8+ years of experience delivering customizations for ERP platforms, particularly major vendors like SAP or Oracle
- 5+ years of experience designing and architecting ERP customizations
- Expertise in SQL performance tuning, .NET, and C#
