Job summary

Blue Purpose is seeking an experienced .NET Developer with Blazor and C# expertise for a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL (minimum 3 days in office). You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and collaborate across teams to implement technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in .NET/C#, strong Blazor experience, and solid knowledge of SQL Server. This role requires a proactive mentor mindset and contribution to Agile processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with .NET and C# and Visual Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blazor is a must.
• Proficient in SQL Server and T‑SQL.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of SDLC, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Git version control.

Job Location: HYBRID. Tampa, Florida - Minimum 3 days in Office.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, Blazor, and C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead development efforts in creating well-structured Blazor components and integrating them with various back-end services.
• Conduct performance tuning and code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and actively participate in Agile development cycles.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust testing and seamless integration.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with PointClickCare or MatrixCare.
• Interest or experience in AI/Machine Learning, proficient with Claude Code.
