Job summary

Covetus is seeking a .Net Developer with AI experience in Phoenix, AZ to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale .NET applications. The role requires hands-on development with C#, .NET Core/NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices on Azure, plus guiding architecture, reviews, testing, and deployment beyond coding alone.

You’ll leverage AI-assisted capabilities for architecture, requirements, and automated testing, and work with CI/CD, IaC, and security analysis to boost

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with enterprise apps.
• Proven leadership as Lead/Engineering Lead or Technical Lead.
• Strong C# / .NET Core / .NET 8+ and ASP.NET Core experience.
• Hands-on with Web APIs, Microservices, and Azure.
• Experience guiding design, reviews, mentoring, and delivery.
• Familiar with AI tools to enhance development productivity and quality.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions, RAG architectures, and Azure OpenAI is a plus.
• Full-stack .NET development across UI, APIs, services, and database.
• Experience with testing (unit/integration) and automated tests.
• Practical experience with IaC, deployment automation, CI/CD, and security review.

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices, Azure, SQL Server, and modern software architecture
• Experience leading design, development, code reviews, mentoring, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve development productivity and quality
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, Azure OpenAI, MCP, and intelligent automation is highly preferred
• Candidates should be comfortable utilizing AI-assisted capabilities for:
