Job summary

MACHINE INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a seasoned Technical Lead/Architect to guide a cloud-native web platform built on .NET and AWS. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and product to deliver scalable, high-performance order entry solutions.

You will translate business needs into robust technical designs, drive agile processes, and mentor engineers while promoting a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience in software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including serverless (e.g., Lambda) and containerized services (e.g., EKS).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS, Semantic HTML, Responsive Design).
• Deep knowledge of OOP principles, data modeling, design patterns, and unit testing.
• Experience using Git or Visual Studio for version control and development workflows.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications using C#, .NET 6+, Angular, jQuery, and MS SQL Server.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Plan and manage agile sprints, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions with demonstrable value.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing architecture and design recommendations.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams to align end-to-end solution design and delivery.
• Guide the team in writing technical documentation aligned with SDLC and compliance standards.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and promote a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
