Job summary

RandomTrees is seeking an experienced Application Tech Lead to guide a hands-on full‑stack team in Palm Beach, FL. You will own Angular/TypeScript front‑ends and .NET back‑ends, architecting solutions and delivering features end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of software engineering with tech‑lead experience.
• Expert in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS) with component architecture and state management.
• Strong in .NET Framework and .NET 5/6/7+, C#, Web APIs and microservices.
• Hands‑on AWS experience designing and operating production workloads.
• Proficient with containers (Docker) and ECS/EKS/Fargate or serverless patterns.
• Relational and NoSQL stores (SQL Server/Aurora, DynamoDB) and caching (Redis/ElastiCache). PostgreSql.
• Performance tuning and modernizing .NET apps to .NET 6+/containers on AWS.
• On‑time delivery of features with SLAs/SLOs; cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on architectural guidance for full‑stack .NET/Angular solutions.
• Lead design and development of microservices on AWS and containerized deployments.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, release management, and delivery velocity improvements.
• Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and ensure SLA/SLO adherence.
• Optimize performance and scale while reducing cloud costs.
• Drive reliability improvements and defect leakage reduction.

• 12–15+ years in software engineering with substantial tech‑lead experience.
• Expert in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS; component architecture, state management such as NgRx/Redux).
• Strong in .NET (Framework and .NET 5/6/7+), C#, Web APIs, async patterns, and microservices.
• Hands‑on AWS experience designing and operating production workloads.
• Proficient with containers (Docker) and one of ECS/EKS/Fargate; or serverless patterns (Lambda/Step Functions) where appropriate.
• Solid grasp of relational and NoSQL data stores (SQL Server/Aurora, DynamoDB) and caching (Redis/ElastiCache). PostgreSql.
