Job summary

RandomTrees is seeking an experienced .Net Fullstack Tech Lead for an onsite role in Palm Beach, FL. You will lead the application development effort, shape architecture, and drive delivery with SLAs/SLOs while mentoring engineers.

You will design and implement using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS and .NET 5+/C#, Web APIs, and microservices, while optimizing AWS workloads, containers, and data stores at scale to reduce costs and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in software engineering with substantial tech‑lead experience.
• Expert in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS) with component architecture and NgRx/Redux.
• Strong in .NET (Framework and .NET 5/6/7+), C#, Web APIs, async patterns, and microservices.
• Hands‑on AWS experience designing and operating production workloads.
• Proficient with containers (Docker) and ECS/EKS/Fargate; or serverless patterns (Lambda).
• Solid grasp of relational and NoSQL data stores (SQL Server/Aurora, DynamoDB) and caching.
• PostgreSQL.
• Performance Tuning.
• Experience modernizing .NET Framework apps to .NET 6+/containers on AWS.
• On‑time delivery of features with agreed SLAs/SLOs.
• Reduction in cloud run‑costs and improved performance at scale.
• Defect leakage reduction; CI/CD lead time and deployment frequency improvements.
