Job description

The .NET Full Stack Engineer will design and develop next-generation trading systems and enterprise applications.

This role involves building scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions, collaborating across teams, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop distributed, event-driven systems optimized for low latency and high throughput.
• Implement asynchronous processing frameworks and resilient messaging services.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver robust, end-to-end workflows.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization across platforms.
• Adhere to engineering best practices and standards.
• Support production and non-production environments, including participation in on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on software design and development experience in a Full Stack Developer role.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and experience with client-server desktop and web applications.
• Experience with WinForms, WPF, and WCF.
• Familiarity with third-party components such as ComponentOne and DevExpress.
• Knowledge of Java technologies (preferred).
• Experience with time-series databases (e.g., KDB+).
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Unix shell scripting.
• Advanced knowledge of low-latency design patterns and performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of order management systems and FIX protocol.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy).Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS or other cloud platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI developer assist tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Familiarity with financial services or brokerage systems.
