ESR Healthcare is seeking a .Net Full Stack Development Lead/Manager in Boston, MA, on-site. The role combines hands-on coding with leadership across backend and frontend teams to deliver scalable APIs and enterprise UI.

You will oversee architecture, microservices, and CI/CD practices, while guiding performance, availability, and client communications. Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

Qualifications

.Net Full Stack Development Lead/Manager Boston MA-On-site

Backend Development

• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices

Frontend Development

• Proficient in Angular
• Experience in building responsive, enterprise-grade UI

Database

• Strong in SQL Server
• Expertise in complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning

API & Architecture

• Strong experience in RESTful services
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture, MVC, layered design

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with Azure (preferred) / AWS
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps
• Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)

Production Support (L3)

• Strong debugging skills in production environments
• Experience in incident management, RCA, and issue resolution
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (App Insights, Dynatrace)

KPI & Performance Engineering

• Experience managing MTTR, uptime, defect leakage, release stability
• Focus on performance tuning and scalability improvements

AI in Development

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot)
• AI-driven code review, optimization, and quality checks
• Impact analysis using AI for change management
• AI-based unit test generation and productivity acceleration
• AI-assisted debugging and log analysis

Coding & Quality Practices

• Strong in clean coding, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit/xUnit)
• Hands-on in code reviews and governance standards

Delivery, Communication & Stakeholder Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
• Proven ability in client presentations and executive communication
• Experience preparing and presenting weekly/monthly delivery dashboards (KPIs, SLA metrics, status reports)
• Ability to interpret metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders
