Collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers is essential to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires 8+ years in .NET, strong C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of .NET development experience
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core
• Proven background leading .NET-based projects
• Strong cloud experience with Azure or AWS
• RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, modern web development
• Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL
• Experience with Agile and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for .NET apps
• Frontend tech: JavaScript, Angular, or React
• Certifications in .NET, cloud, or Agile
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications focused on performance, scalability, and security
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver client-aligned solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of .NET developers
• Drive adoption of modern .NET frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders
• Enforce coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization
• Run code reviews and implement changes to raise quality
• Stay current with .NET trends to support innovation
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
