Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Chicago, IL is seeking a Net Engineer to join our on-site team. The role requires strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, Web API, WCF, and ASP.NET/VB.NET, plus a track record with large-scale distributed applications.

Candidates should have at least 6 years of C#/.NET and Web API/WCF experience, plus SQL/Oracle proficiency; familiarity with AWS and AI concepts is a plus. Independent visa holders only.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in C#/.NET, Web API and WCF.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and SQL.
• Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET/VB.NET, and Web API.

Responsibilities

• Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment
• Work with a team that develops smart and scalable solutions and provide a solid experience for our users
• Understand performance issues and approaches to address them systematically
• Creating end to end architecture along with the deployment strategy.
• Co-ordinating with offshore and onshore and delivering the solution to customer
• Taking End to End delivery ownership

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Willingness to working in support project- Work closely with business in identifying solution requirements and key case-studies/scenarios for the future solution.
• Min 1 Year of .Net core experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in C# .Net , Web API, WCF
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Web API and WCF Design & Management
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and SQL
• AWS and AI knowledge is preferrable
