Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Position Type: Contract 6+ months

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance a legacy portal application built on .NET and DNN (DotNetNuke).
• Collaborate closely with a global development team, including engineers based in India to provide continuous support and improvements.
• Participate in a 24/7 support rotation, ensuring the platform remains operational and secure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, apply patches, and deliver enhancements with minimal disruption to the user base.
• Follow best practices for secure coding, version control, and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with product, QA, and infrastructure teams to address bugs, performance issues, and customer-reported incidents.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in .NET development, including C# and ASP.NET.
• Recent, hands-on experience working with DNN (DotNetNuke) in a production environment.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting legacy systems and CMS-based web portals.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team and communicate clearly across time zones.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DNN module development or customization.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-hosted legacy environments.
• Understanding of web accessibility, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
