Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join a collaborative development team focused on building secure, scalable, and modern web applications. This role involves full-stack development, security integration, and working with enterprise-level identity management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, authentication protocols, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • Implement and manage secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, Okta).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support deployment activities, production troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Contribute to test planning, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack application development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • 8+ years of experience with secure web application development and best practices.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Okta or similar identity platforms.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
  • Experience with SQL Server, writing complex queries, and managing stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise, Jira, and Agile development practices.
  • Experience with IIS, LDAP, and integrating third-party tools and services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DB2 or Oracle databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior experience working on security-focused applications is a plus.
