Job Title: .Net Developer / Tester
Clearance Required: Public Trust - Federal Client requires US Citizenship
Work Location: Remote, Arlington, VA

Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified .Net Developer / Tester for a remote position on a Federal program in Arlington, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications using C# and related technologies.


• Assist in designing, coding, and debugging software solutions.


• Write and execute test cases to ensure software quality.


• Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.


• Maintain documentation for development and testing processes.


• Stay updated with the latest .NET framework advancements and testing methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or similar.

Experience/Skills:

• Basic knowledge of C#, .NET framework, and SQL databases.


• 1+ year of experience working with software engineering or testing.


• Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools.


• Familiarity with Agile development practices.


• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (Azure, AWS).

Salary and Benefit Information:

The likely salary range for this position is $78,857 - $100,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
