Role: .Net Developer Lead

Location: Irvine, CA Hybrid (3 days a week WFO is must)

Contract

We are seeking an experienced NET Lead to drive the design development and delivery of enterprise grade applications The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams defining technical solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and high performance applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end application development using Microsoft NET technologies
• Design and develop scalable applications using NET Core ASPNET MVC C Web API and Microservices architecture
• Drive technical discussions solution design and architecture reviews
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards security guidelines and development best practices
• Mentor and guide developers providing technical leadership and support
• Collaborate with business analysts project managers QA teams and stakeholders to define and implement business requirements
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and service integrations
• Optimize application performance scalability and reliability
• Participate in DevOps implementation CICD pipeline setup and release management
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Ensure high quality deliverables through unit testing code quality checks and automated testing

Required Technical Skills
