Job summary

An IT consulting firm is seeking a full-time .NET Developer in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software design using the .NET framework, as well as solid knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. Responsibilities include participating in the software and project life cycle, and working within a global delivery environment. Job Description:

• At least 5 years of experience in software design and development on .Net framework 4.5, ASP.NET, C#, VC++ and Sql Server.
• At least 4 years of experience with .NET MVC framework.
• At least 4 years of experience with WCF framework.
• At least 4 years of experience with Web services, Web API, REST services.
• At least 2 years experience in Agile execution.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• Experience in financial Services/Investment domain.
• Strong analytical, logical skills and team leading skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
