Job summary

An IT consulting firm in New Jersey is seeking candidates for a full-time application support role. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of development experience in technologies such as C#, WebAPI, and SQL, along with Agile methodologies knowledge and associated skills. A Bachelor's degree is required and candidates need to be U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the U.S. This position offers the opportunity to work on high availability projects in a collaborative team environment.

Job Description

• At least 6 years of experience in application support, maintenance and development experience in C#, WebAPI & MVC, SQL,Web scale projects, high availability projects.
• At leaset 3 years of experience with Agile Development methodologies (SCRUM) and understanding of software best-practices as it applies to web application, integration service and REST API development and understanding of service oriented architecture.
• At least 2 years of working experience in LINQ,Visual Studio, Visual Studio.NET and Git/Gitub, Windows, Mac OS X and Unix/Linux OSs.
• At least 2 years of experience with unit test frameworks,
• Exposure to or experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design using UML.
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.
