This role provides technical consulting to Infor CloudSuite Industrial Manufacturing (CSI) customers, focusing on their requirements, existing processes, implementation, customization, upgrading, and uplift. The role involves developing, testing, and supporting technical solutions to meet requirements, collaborating with PCG’s Infor CSI Functional consultants, Project Managers, and Support team.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the Infor SyteLine Structure
2. Create/modify Reports and DataViews
3. Create Form Modifications
4. Create API Integrations
5. Manage and Maintain Data Loading
6. Create/Modify Data Loading Tools
7. Participate in functional and technical testing
8. Create Development Packages
9. Conduct Guided Releases with Clients
10. Conduct Form Sync for Production and Pilot Patching
11. Support Internal Projects
12. Create Tools to Streamline Implementations
13. Provide in-person or remote training/support to clients

Qualifications:

1. Five or more years of experience working as a developer/system administrator
2. Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Infor SyteLine System Administration
3. Experience with MT SaaS and On-Premises, versions 8, 9, and 10
4. Proficiency in Microsoft .Net Technologies
5. SQL, SQL Server Reporting, and SQL Administration
6. Experience performing upgrades and uplifts
7. Knowledge of Infor OS
8. Proficiency in VB.Net
9. Development experience
10. Systems Analysis skills
11. Experience modifying Forms, Enhancements, Customizations, Implementations
12. Knowledge of Data Warehouses, Triggers
13. End-User Training & Support
