Job description

We are seeking a versatile professional with a blend of development, architecture, and business analysis skills to join our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) team. The ideal candidate will have strong .NET experience and the ability to transition from hands‑on development into solution architecture, guiding projects from requirements through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with offshore development teams to build and integrate applications
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions
• Participate in new development projects, primarily in .NET Core, with containerization technologies
• Support upgrades of existing systems and development of custom in-house applications to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Engage in customer meetings (approx. 40%), solution design (25%), and project oversight/follow-up with development teams (35%)
• Assist with project rollouts; occasional travel may be required (company‑paid for non‑home locations)

Qualifications

• Strong experience in .NET development (VB, C#, or .NET Core), with emphasis on .NET Core for new development
• Ability to move from development into solution architecture (3+ years of experience preferred, but flexibility for candidates with less)
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams is a plus
• Strong communication skills for gathering requirements and interacting with stakeholders
• Familiarity with warehousing, manufacturing, or large‑scale integration projects is beneficial
