About The Role

GrabJobs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer specialized in the Microsoft ecosystem, with extensive experience in .NET solutions, to join our dedicated team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated applications that support our mission to deliver reliable and innovative staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in modernizing legacy systems, guiding migration strategies to cloud-native architectures, and developing scalable, secure applications aligned with enterprise standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Developer will be instrumental in supporting our technological growth and operational efficiency, especially within federal contracting environments that require handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that serve government agencies and private sector clients alike.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET development, with a strong background in building and maintaining RESTful services and WCF. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience - additional five years - may be considered in lieu of formal education. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional and Azure Certification are highly desirable. Candidates should have extensive experience in refactoring and migrating .NET Framework applications to .NET Core, including ASP.NET Core. Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly Angular v16 or higher, and solid knowledge of Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core are essential. Experience with Azure Cloud, Visual Studio (2017/2019+), Azure DevOps, and Git is required. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, along with a good understanding of Scrum Agile methodologies, will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are also necessary.
