Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Plano, TX is seeking a senior software engineer to develop and maintain scalable applications using .NET, Python and modern front-end tools. You will work with RESTful APIs, UI/UX considerations, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver robust software.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and create technical documentation while collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom applications using HTML5, CSS3 and programming languages such as [.Net, Python, etc.].
• Work on integrating various applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Write and execute unit tests, participate in code reviews, and utilize CI/CD practices for deploying changes.
• Create technical documentation for developed solutions and maintain existing documentation.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Identify and resolve issues in production and non-production environments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as [.Net, Python, etc.].
• Proficiency in customer facing application development and experience in UI/UX development.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide and coach other engineers with established standards and contribute to coding best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
