Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Houston, Texas is seeking a seasoned .NET/C# engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on AWS. You will build RESTful APIs, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure performance, security, and reliability in production environments.

You will collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and architects, participate in code reviews and technical design sessions, and contribute to documentation as part of a fast-moving cloud-native team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in .NET/C# development with .NET Core.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway).
• Strong DevOps with CI/CD, IaC, automation.
• Experience building/consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficient SQL in relational databases.
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes; cloud-native patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Work Authorization:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core / C#.
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security in production environments.
• Monitor system health using tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and Sunstone.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, DevOps, and architects.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in .NET / C# development with strong expertise in .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
• Strongunderstanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
  • Datadog
  • Dynatrace
  • Sunstone
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs / microservices.
• Solid knowledge of SQL / relational databases.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in cloud-native / microservices architecture.
• Exposure to event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka, SNS/SQS).
• Prior experience in airlines, travel, or large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of security, logging, and performance tuning in cloud systems.
