Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking a skilled software engineer to design and implement applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

Responsibilities

Job description

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologies, along with exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET .
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
• Develop responsive web applications using Angular, React, or other front-end technologies.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and other development team members.
• Use Git or other version control systems to manage source code.
• Support application deployment and maintenance using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET 6+, or modern .NET.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and database optimization.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with Git, debugging, and unit testing.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed application architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
