Job summary

Oxford Global Resources in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced backend .NET professional to design, develop, document, test, and debug software systems for internal use or market-facing products.

You will contribute to requirements gathering, implement RESTful APIs using .NET Core, apply CQRS and façade patterns, work with MSSQL, and explore Azure-based solutions while maintaining strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a backend .NET role.
• Proficient in .NET Core, MVC, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with MSSQL, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
• Familiar with CQRS and façade patterns.
• Azure development interest.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software systems and applications for internal use or market sale.
• Contribute to requirements gathering and analysis activities such as storyboarding and creating functional requirements specifications.
• Serve as technical expert on development projects.
• Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
• Write technical specifications based on design and business requirements.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.

• Contribute to requirements gathering and analysis activities such as storyboarding, developing use cases, and creating functional requirements specifications.
• Serve as technical expert on development projects.
• Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.

• Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.

Job Experience

• 4+ years' experience in a backend .NET role. .Net core, MVC, and Restful API experience required.
• Experience with patterns such as Fa-ade, and CQRS.
• Proficient understanding of database (MSSQL), Indexes, T-SQL, Stored Procedures and more.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Interest with Azure development.

Hourly Rate: 74-97
