Position Name : Senior .NET Developer (Blazor / Oracle DB)

Location: Austin, TX

Position Type: W2

The Senior .NET Developer performs highly advanced, senior-level programming and systems development work. You will lead or mentor other developers, contribute to the architecture and implementation of critical applications, and drive quality through technical oversight and design validation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable software applications.
Develop new features and maintain complex systems using C# (.NET), Blazor, HTML5, CSS, SQL, and Oracle/SQL Server databases.
Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate technical and functional requirements.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues across front-end and back-end systems.
Write, test, debug, and document application code adhering to project and security standards.
Create and enhance stored procedures and database scripts for efficient data processing.
Conduct code reviews, ensure compliance with coding standards, and mentor junior developers as needed.
Provide support and enhancements for existing TDA applications and services.
Recommend and implement improvements to application development processes and tools.
Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to .NET, Blazor, and enterprise development practices.

Required Skills & Technologies:

C# / .NET (senior-level experience)
Blazor framework (hands-on, production experience preferred)
SQL & Oracle DB, including:
Writing complex queries
Developing stored procedures
Front-end experience using HTML5, CSS
Strong debugging, testing, and documentation practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within government or public sector IT environments
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Notes:

This is an on-site role, and candidates must be available to work from the TDA office as specified.
Strong communication skills are essential as this is a highly collaborative environment.
Candidates must demonstrate leadership, independence, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
