Arthur Grand Technologies Inc is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst (.NET Core) for a contract engagement in the Richmond, Virginia area. The developer will lead design and development of .NET Web applications, backend services, and modern UI layers using C#, ASP.NET, Blazor, and related technologies.
The role requires 10+ years of experience in .NET web development, strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and Agile SDLC practices.
