TEKsystems is seeking a Software Engineer (.NET / Blazor) in Los Angeles for a multi-year modernization initiative. You will modernize legacy systems, design full-stack apps with C#, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

The role emphasizes collaboration, stability, and high-quality software delivery within a long-term enterprise program. Hybrid schedule coexists with a supportive, expert team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and Microsoft .NET.
• Experience building and supporting web applications.
• Hands-on Blazor development experience.
• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy .NET applications.
• Strong SQL Server development and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with complex, data-driven enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Modernize legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications using Blazor.
• Design, develop, and support full-stack applications utilizing C#, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Analyze existing systems and collaborate on migration strategies.
• Troubleshoot production issues across applications and data environments.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, views, and database objects.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, DBAs, and Infrastructure teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and best practices around application modernization.
