Evolent is hiring two Senior Backend .NET Developers to modernize the prior authorization workflow in a Dallas-based Azure environment. The role emphasizes C#, .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and data-driven SQL Server work.

The team will leverage Azure services and AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs while collaborating across engineering, QA, product, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Backend development with C# and the .NET framework.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Experience building applications with ASP.NET MVC and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Develop solutions supporting intake, processing, and review of prior authorizations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes for efficiency.
• Develop and support applications within a Microsoft Azure environment.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure backend services.
• Work with Azure configuration, messaging, security, telemetry, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain data-driven apps with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams for scalable solutions.
