Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Nesting I or Nesting II to provide production support for Sheet Metal and Wood Shop in Centerville, IA or Keosauqua, IA. You will create optimized nested layouts for laser, turret, and CNC router, and develop offline programs for press brakes and panel bender.

The role requires CAD/CAM experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel between facilities as needed. High school diploma and 3+ years in manufacturing are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated computer skills beyond a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Produce optimized nested layouts for laser, turret and CNC router.
• Produce offline programs for press brakes and panel bender.
• Maintain CAD parts library, ensuring latest revision and optimal tooling paths.
• Work with Sheet Metal and Wood Shop to balance workloads across cutting and forming equipment.
• Provide data collection and report metrics to the Operations Team.
