Responsibilities
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with NERC Operations and Planning Standards while supporting operational risk management
  • Maintain and revise compliance program infrastructure, including policies and procedures related to NERC standards
  • Prepare and coordinate compliance audits and support resolution of compliance issues
  • Document potential violations and ensure timely resolution and tracking
  • Utilize compliance technology to monitor and manage compliance efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a compliance or audit role
  • Technical knowledge and experience with NERC Operations & Planning standards
  • Experience in a regulated entity within the electricity sector strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with utility industry issues and participation in relevant forums/groups
  • Proven ability to implement compliance programs or initiatives effectively
