Job description

Job Opening: Full-Time Nephrologist

We are seeking a full-time Nephrologist to join the faculty of one of the nation's leading academic nephrology divisions.

  1. Provide inpatient and outpatient care for a diverse patient population with acute and chronic kidney disease.

  2. Teach medical students, residents, and Nephrology Fellows.

  3. Candidates with research experience or a strong interest in research are preferred.

  4. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.

  5. Work with a vibrant, supportive, and rapidly growing team of 30 faculty members with expertise in clinical nephrology, medical education, and research.

  6. Serve a patient population characterized by significant racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and cultural diversity.

  7. Be part of a regionally prominent kidney transplant program.

  8. Conversational fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

  9. Compensation and rank will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include productivity incentives, LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, and more.
