Job summary

Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Nephrology/Hypertension Clinic in Lebanon, NH is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join our practice and provide both inpatient and outpatient patient care.

The position includes coordination of care with community hospitals and potential academic appointments through Geisel School of Medicine, with teaching responsibilities for students and residents. Licensure in NH and VT and DEA registration are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology.
• Eligible to obtain State of New Hampshire and Vermont Medical Licenses.
• Eligible to obtain federal DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient direct patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with hospitalists, radiologists and subspecialists.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows; possible academic appointment.
