Facility in Bismarck, ND seeking Nephrology locums coverage Rates: $275/hr
24 hour call - $2000/day with 4 hour gratis
$500/night call with 2.5 hours gratis
$300/hr call back after gratis hours Facility is seeking a board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology services on a flexible schedule from January 3 to March 10, 2025. The provider will be responsible for inpatient rounding, seeing patients in the clinic, and managing dialysis patients. This role also includes remote on-call responsibilities for two dialysis units in western North Dakota. Position Details:

• Start Date: January 3, 2025
• Setting: Inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic
• Shift Schedule:
  • Inpatient Rounding & Clinic: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Overnight Call: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
  • 24-Hour Call: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM
  • Call required every fourth weekend
• On-Call Duties: Pager call for clinic and dialysis units; average callback of 2-6 hours
• Procedures Required: Plasmapheresis
• EMR System: Epic
• Support Staff: 2 RNs

Credentialing Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Active ND License Preferred (will consider non-licensed candidates)
• BLS Certification - Required
• Clean Malpractice/Background - Preferred
• Case Logs may be requested at the presentation or offer stage

• Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center with Comprehensive Stroke designation
• Additional Details: Faith-based organization providing comprehensive care across central and western North Dakota, including dialysis management.
