Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible nephrologists for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Experience with dialysis rounding and hospital consults preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a shared call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, hospital consults, and dialysis rounding.
• Participate in a collaborative and supportive call schedule.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.
• Work closely with primary care physicians, hospitalists, APPs, and other specialists.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and referring physicians.
• Opportunities may include dialysis medical directorship and involvement with home dialysis.
