Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess health status and needs of the patient/family.
• Plan and evaluate therapeutic regimens with physicians and health team.
• Teach and counsel patients on health status and signs of illness.
• Assess growth and development of the patient.
• Perform clinical and therapeutic procedures.
• Lead development of nursing policies and procedures for the unit.
• Assist with quality improvement for the unit.
• Perform history and physical examination and record data.
• Identify abnormal findings and consult with the physician.
