Job summary

Great Plains Health is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse for the Nephrology Providers group. The RN will check patients in, obtain vital signs using EMR, review systems and medication lists, and ensure records are complete before the physician sees the patient.

Responsibilities include triaging patient calls, supporting in-office procedures, maintaining supply readiness, ensuring rooms are sterile and safe, and documenting care in the patient chart.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in state of practice (or compact license).
• BLS certification required. Additional certification may be required by area.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in upon arrival and obtain vital signs.
• Review of Systems and medication lists; ensure complete records before physician visit.
• Triage patient phone calls and medication requests; support in-office procedures.
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms are sterile and safe; document care in EMR.
