Job summary

Kidney Care Center of Georgia is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our nephrology team in Northeast Georgia. The APP will provide inpatient care, including ICU patients, with initial evaluation, management, and dialysis services (hemodialysis).

Office CKD care and post-hospital follow-ups, plus in-center dialysis visits, will be part of the role. Requires GA NP or PA-C credentialing and Georgia licensure. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5pm, with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with Acute Care NP certification, or PA program graduate.
• Georgia Advanced Practice licensure as CRNP or PA-C with Georgia Board certification.
• Licensure in Georgia is required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in acute hospital settings, including ICU patients.
• Perform initial evaluation and management and follow-up for kidney disease patients.
• Provide hemodialysis services and coordinate CKD/ESKD patient care.
• Documentation and billing in accordance with requirements.
