Job summary

Panoramic Health, through Rockford Nephrology Associates (RNA), seeks a nephrologist to join their team in Rockford. You will participate in weekly patient care across main office, satellite office, and hospital coverage, with a call rotation every 4th weekend and collaboration with two physicians on call.

Ideal candidates are BC/BE in nephrology, eager for a long-term commitment to the community, and possess strong clinical skills plus professional, ethical demeanor. Sponsorship is available.

• Work across 19 dialysis centers, with 4 in SNFs.

• Large CKD base
• No internal medicine

• Cover 10 counties in Illinois and Wisconsin, including nine hospitals
• 19 dialysis centers, including 4 in SNFs
