• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Location: Ambulatory Clinic at Woodland Hills and Oxnard, and Hospital at KP-Woodland Hills
• Scope of practice: Outpatient dialysis rounding, ambulatory clinic and inpatient care, PD clinic

Responsibilities

• Provide nephrology outpatient and inpatient care across ambulatory and hospital settings
• Coordinate care for dialysis patients and participate in multidisciplinary teams
