Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine Residency and Nephrology Fellowship.
• BE/BC in Nephrology.

Responsibilities

• Provide nephrology care for CKD/ESRD patients in a growing private practice.
• Collaborate with a local nephrology group and hospitals.
• Contribute to a physician-owned culture with potential partnership.
